Update on Bailey: HI!

HI!

This is Bailey saying Hi! in sign language. We know the "I" isn't corrected, but she insisted thats what it was going to be that day. This was Tuesday (7/27/10) just a few hours before we were going to go home :) I never thought that when we were teaching her sign language as a baby, that she would still love it today. I LOVE it!!!

Aimee, I just read the entire blog and I can't imagine how exhausted you were physically and emotionally. I couldn't imagine going through something like that with Capri.

I'm so happy that everything turned out to be okay, she is one awesome trooper!

The blog is called Baileys Bean, because I couldn't think of any names, so I asked Dave...Thats what he said. Her nickname is Bean. I guess we're calling the tumor, Bean now. ;)

To get the whole story, start at the beginning, very first post.

Bailey had a lump that was hard by her ear (somewhat), and we got it checked out. Eight hours later, they were telling us that we needed to get it removed first thing in the morning.

As of 3:45 July 23rd, it hasn't set in that this is real...however, it hasn't even been 24 hours since we saw the doctor.

It has almost been one full week since we notice the bump.
